Registration Fee


Registration will be made online. Payment is due upon registration by paying via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay only). Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card statement will be shown as "Caixa Ecónomical Postal". Early bird registration is strongly encouraged. The deadline for early bird registration and payment is 23:59 of December 4, 2015, Macao Standard Time (GMT+8). Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not paid in full by this date.

  • Students are required to show their valid student ID card at registration desk on-site. If a valid student ID cannot be presented, the General Participant fee applies.
  • No refund may be processed after payment settlement.
  • On-site registration will be accepted on a space-available basis and must be paid via credit card only.
  • Registration fee includes (1) Conference Materials, (2) All Paper Sessions, (3) Refreshments and Lunches, (4) Gala Dinner, and (5) Half-day City Tour.
  • Extra ticket to Lunches, Gala Dinner, and Half-day City Tour charges MOP1,600 each spouse/ accompanying person.

Reply Slip of Meals, Shuttle Bus and City Tour


In order to have smooth arrangement of services of meals, shuttle bus and city tour, kindly fill in the reply slip by 23:59 of December 4, 2015 Macao Standard Time (GMT+8) at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1WySDxxDd_ogfq8mBong4OMo6MaOpHUNygXH17xdA97o/viewform?usp=send_form.

For those who do not complete the aforementioned reply slip may not be able to enjoy the smooth services. Participant's badge will have record of the aforementioned reply slip and it will be the permit to all shuttle bus services (except the two from the Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central to the Conference venue on Jan 9 & 10 at 08:30), paper sessions, meals and city tour. Badges will be given to you after completion of on-site registration. If you lose your badge during the conference, please approach us at the registration counter.
